Shannon Cassidy

Shannon is a graduate of both Maryland College of Art & Design and Atlanta College of Art. Shannon was head mould-maker at New Arts Foundry for seven years.
In 2006, Shannon left to pursue ownership in another business. She successfully ran the Laughing Pint, a bar/restaurant in Baltimore with a focus on community and arts. After 13 years, Shannon sold her business and moved back into the art world full time.
Neil Strojny

Neil has studied at University of Maryland and UMBC. Neil worked at New Arts Foundry for 19 years in various roles, and spent 15 of those years making moulds. Neil worked as head mould-maker when Shannon left to pursue other interests.
New Arts Foundry closed their operations in 2020. As both Shannon and Neil had experience in mould-making for their facility, owners Gary and Judy offered to pass on the mould-making portion of the business, and Mimic Arts was born.
Fisher Cassidy

Fisher came on board to help with the daily operations. He ensures schedules are adhered to (especially lunch) and that that atmosphere remains positive and upbeat.
Though he lacks a formal art education, he is passionate about the work we do and is very paws-on in all tasks. His contribution is immeasurable.
